Joseph S. ★★★★★

The brick millhouse has a nice weight to it, and the stone base keeps the whole thing stable on my shelf. My six-year-old figured out the assembly in about 15 minutes with no help, which was a pleasant surprise.

Benjamin J. ★★★★★

The wooden waterwheel actually spins smoothly once you attach it correctly, which kept my six-year-old focused for a good hour. The mix of stone and brick pieces gives it a solid, old-world feel that I wasn't expecting from a small set.

Michael M. ★★★★★

I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of brick and stone textures—it looks much nicer assembled than I expected. My 7-year-old had no trouble following the instructions and loved seeing the wooden waterwheel turn.
