The blocks fit together perfectly, and my kids loved that the rooster and hens are included right in the set. It took about 20 minutes to build, which was just the right amount of challenge for a rainy afternoon.

My six-year-old was thrilled to find the two hens and rooster already in the box, and the 30 blocks kept her busy for a solid afternoon without needing any help from me. The pieces clicked together snugly, so the little coop stayed standing even when she carried it around the room.

Putting the coop together with my grandson was surprisingly easy, and the mortar really holds the bricks steady. The little rooster is the favorite part for both of us, and we love that the set comes with two hens to keep him company.
