The plastic feels sturdy and precisely molded, so the axle sits snug without any wobble. Used it in a small chassis build and it locked right into the frame holes perfectly.

Finally got around to rebuilding the axle setup and this base locked in perfectly with the standard axle bearing, no wobble at all. The plastic feels sturdy enough for the Manufaktur line’s small builds, so I’m not worried about it cracking under normal use.

The base clicks into place perfectly with the axle bearings, and the plastic feels sturdy enough for repeated builds. I've already used it in two different constructions without any wobble or cracking.
